突发性耳聋病人血流变指标观察与分析

Observation and Analysis of the Hemorrheological Changes in Patients with Idiopathic Deafness

目的：了解突发性耳聋（ 突聋） 病人的血液流变学的变化特点。方法：将５０ 例突聋患者的八项血流变学指标并与正常对照组进行比较。结果：突聋病人的全血粘度、还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数都较正常人明显升高， 近７１ ％ 的病人有四项以上流变学指标异常。结论：给突聋病的研究、诊断、治疗提供了重要检查依据。

Objective:To study the characteristic changes of hemorrheology in patients with idiopathic deafness.Methods:8 indices of hemorrheological examination were done in 50 patients with idiopathic deafness, and were compared with normal controls.Results:In patients with idiopathic deafness,whole blood viscosity, reduced viscosity,and red cell aggregation indices were much higher than those in normal controls. More than 4 hemorrheological indices were abnormal in near 71% of the patients.Conclusion:The above results may supply important data for the study, diagnosis,and treatment of the patients with idiopathic deafness.
