养阴生肌膜主要药效学实验研究

Experimental Study on Main Pharmacodynamics of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Granulation Membrance

目的:对养阴生肌膜进行功能主治相关的药效学研究,为临床安全使用提供依据。方法:用大鼠、小鼠作动物实验观察养阴生肌膜的药效学作用。结果:养阴生肌膜能明显缩短醋酸所致大鼠口腔溃疡的愈合时间,显著减轻2%复合巴豆油所致的小鼠耳肿胀,减轻琼脂所致的大鼠肉芽肿重量,显著延长小鼠热板实验的潜伏期。结论:养阴生肌膜可促进溃疡面愈合、提高机体的痛阈。

Objective：To study on the pharmacodynamics of the main related function of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Granulation Membrance for providing the basis for safety of drug use.Method：The pharmacodynamic action of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Granulation Membrance was observed in the animal experiment of rats and mice.Result：Nourishing Yin and Promoting Granulation Membrance could obviously shorten recovery time of rats oral ulcer induced by acetate,significantly relieve mice ear swelling induced by 2% compound Croton oil,relieve rats granuloma weight induced by agar and significantly prolong latency of mice in hot plate experiment.Conclusion：Nourishing Yin and Promoting Granulation Membrance could accelerating ulcerative recovery and increase pain threshold.
