摘要
采用实验法,从运动训练的实际出发,研究穴位刺激消除肌肉急性疲劳的效果。结果显示:穴位刺激法与自然恢复法相比,血乳酸、肌肉力量、30 m跑,立定跳远指标具有显著差异,说明穴位刺激能有效地消除肌肉疲劳。同时,该法简单、可操作性强,可广泛应用于运动训练实践中。
By experiments and according to the actual sports training, the authors study the results of eliminating muscular acute fatigue by acupoint stimulation. They find that in comparing acupoint stimulation with the natural restoration, there are significant differences in the index of blood lactid acid, muscular strength, 30 m running and standing long jump. It is clear that acupoint stimulation can effectively eliminate muscular fatigue. Besides this, the method is simple and practicable and can be widely used in sports training.
