摘要
目的:观察河蚌提取物(简称KAL)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:淋巴细胞增殖反应测定采用MTT法;白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性检测采用CTLL-2依赖株检测法;迟发性过敏反应(DTH)采用DNFB致敏小鼠耳片法;抗体水平测定采用SRBC诱导的空斑形成细胞(PFC)实验法;小鼠巨噬细胞功能检测为鸡红细胞的吞噬实验法。结果:KAL可增强小鼠体内淋巴细胞增殖反应;促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL-2产生;对小鼠的DTH及对SRBC诱导的PFC均有增强作用;且可增强小鼠巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬功能。
Objective:To observe the effects of extract of river clam(KAL)on several immunological items in mice.Methods:Splenocyte proliferation induced by lipopolysaccharides(LPS)or concanavalin A(ConA) was assayed by MTT colorimetric method.IL 2 activity was measured by the method of 7DTI cell proliferation.DTH rcsponscs assayed by weight variation of car plate.Plaque forming cell(PFC)response assayed by experiment of dissolving SRBC.Phagocytic activity of murine peritoneal macrophages measured by experiment of taking up CRBC.Results:In vivo,KAL enhanced the proliferation of murine splenocytes induced by ConA,increased the production of interleukin 2 (IL 2) of murine splenocytes.significantly enhanced the DTH response induced by DNFB in mice,promoted the PFC respones induced by SRBC in mice and enhanced the phagocytic activity of murine peritoneal macrophages phacocytizing CRBC.Conclusion:KAL enhanced specifical and non specifical immunological function of mice.
