摘要
目的：探讨大黑蚂蚁水提液（ＤＨＭＹＳＴＹ）对阳虚小鼠的ＤＴＨ反应的影响。方法：将３０只小鼠分为３组，是虚组，阳虚＋大黑蚂蚁水提液组及对照组。阳虚组每天肌注ＡＨＰ１００ｕｔ／２０ｇ，灌服常水０．５ｍｌ／ｄ阳虚＋大黑蚂蚁水提液组ＡＨＰ用量及方法同上，同时灌服大黑蚂蚁水提液０．５ｍｌ／ｄ。应用小鼠脚掌肿胀测定法检测小鼠的ＤＴＨ反应强度。
Objective:To probe into the response of DHMYSTY to the DTH of mice with yang deficiency.Methods:The reaction degree of mice DTH was determind with soles swelling degree examination (SSDE),Result:SSED in Yang Deficiency group isn't obvious as compared with the normal group while the soles swelling degree of the experimental group is obvious.Conclusion:DHMYSTY Can increase the DTH reaction of mice with yang Deficiency to the idiotype spleen cells.
