摘要
目的;研究HeLa cells在紫杉醇作用下的基因表达。方法:通过生物素-抗生素蛋白DCS体系间接免疫荧光染色法检测Bcl-2及Western blot检测Fas基因的表达。结果;经生物素-抗生素蛋白DCS体系间接免疫荧光染色法检测Bcl-2基因表达加药组荧光强度较阳性对照组明显降低,Western blot法检测Fas基因表达,未见明显条带。
Objective:To study the expression of gene in HeLa cells treated with toxal.Methods:Using indirect immuno-fluorescence staining by biotin-antibiotin protein DCS system detects expression of Bel-2 gene and Western blot detects expression of Fas gene.Result:Indirect immuno-fluorescence staining by biotin-antibiotic protein DCS system detects the low expression of Bcl-2 gene after the cells ware treated with taxol.At the same time Estem blot showed that expression of Fas gene in HeLa cells had no obvious changes.Conclusion:As the cell death occurs the expression of Bcl-2 geng decrease,while the expression of Fas had no obvious changes.
