2型糖尿病患者振动感觉阈值及触觉的变化

Changes of vibration sensation and touch sensation in type 2 diabetes patients

【目的】为早期诊断糖尿病周围神经病变,探讨感觉阈值检查的价值。【方法】对我院内分泌科就诊的229例2型糖尿病患者进行感觉阈值检查中振动觉阈值(VPT)测定和10 g单尼龙丝触觉检查,并在不同病程组间及年龄组间进行比较。【结果】2型糖尿病VPT异常检出率占32.3%,病程<1年的新诊断糖尿病占9.8%。2型糖尿病患者VPT值随病程的延长及年龄的增长升高,病程>10年组方可见10 g单尼龙丝触觉明显减弱。【结论】VPT测定方法简便、无创、患者顺应性好,有助于提高早期糖尿病周围神经病变的检出率,在糖尿病患者的诊疗中具有较高的应用价值。

[Objective] To explore diagnostic value of vibration perception threshold（VPT） for early detection of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [ Methods] Vibration perception threshold and 10 g single nylon filament test were received in 229 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in endrocrinologic department. Results were compared among different durations and age groups. [ Results] 32.3% of the patients were detected as abnormal. Among them, newly detected（less than 1 year）diabetic patients accounted for 9.8%. Along with longer of the duration and the age, the higher the VPT values. But in those patients whose duration were more than 10 years, there were significant decrease of 10 g nylon filament. [Conclusion]As a simple noninvasive method and good patient compliance, VPT could help to improve the early detection rate of diabetic single peripheral neuropathy.
