摘要
【目的】观察新兵入营后剧烈运动过程中血清肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力的变化,研究抗氧化剂维生素E对肌肉损伤的保护作用。【方法】将身体健康且没有经过正规体育训练的50名男性青年战士随机分为A、B、C、D、E组,其中E组为空白对照组,A、B、C组服用不同剂量的维生素E,D和E组口服相同ml/kg的橄榄油,2 h后让A、B、C、D组战士尽全力跑5km,跑完3 h后抽取5组战士静脉血测定血清CK与LDH活力。【结果】D、E组CK与LDH活力较维生素A、B、C组升高,且随着维生素E剂量的加大活性降低。【结论】维生素E能保护剧烈运动中所导致的肌肉损伤。
[ Objective] To observe the activity level of Creating Kinase(CK) and Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in the serum of recruit, investigate the effect of Vitamin E opposing skeletal muscle injury caused by violent exercise. [ Methods ] 50 young soldiers who was not formal disciplined were randomly divided into 5 groups. Soldiers took Vitamin E by mouth in A,B ,C groups, and took the same ml/kg olive oil in D and E groups. 2 hours later, 40 young soldiers in A, B, C, D groups run 5 000 m trying their best. After 3 hours, drew the serum of the 50 young soldiers and measure CK and LDH activities by biochemical methods. [ Results]The activity of CK and LDH were higher in control group than Vitamin E groups. [Conclusion ] Vitamin E can protect the skeletal muscle which injured by violent exercise.
