三态DPM电流滞环控制零电压开关逆变器的分析与设计

摘要 文中分析了三态DPM电流滞环控制技术在逆变器中的应用。基于高频脉冲直流环节单向电压源逆变技术设计了三态电流滞环控制零电压开关逆变器,克服了依靠谐振电路实现软开关所带来的结构复杂和控制难度大的缺陷,在工程应用中效果良好。 This article investigates the three-state DPM current hysteresis control technique and its applications in inverters.Then a soft-switched inverter used this control has been designed based on the single voltage source inverter technique in high frequency pulse DC/AC link,and the disadvantages of complex structure and difficult controlment in using resonance circuit to realize soft-switching have been get over.What's more,its output wave quality and engineering application are very good.
