摘要
海峡之声广播电台厦门分台的高压电力系统是由两路10kV电源(中性点不接地)供电,采用高压母线分段联络,互为主备,并可自动投入的方式。原有的过流继电保护方式是使用直流电源操作的分立的电磁感应式反时限过流保护继电器。随着各类新设备的投入运行,这种过流继电保护方式在保护动作的灵敏性和速动性上已经渐渐不能满足设备安全稳定运行的需要。为此对其进行改造,选用了新型的PMF700L-B型配电线路保护测控仪来替代原有的继电保护方式。改造后的设备运行安全稳定,取得了良好的效果。
The high-voltage power system is supplied by two 10 kV power supply(Neutral),contacting subsection by high voltage power busbar,and each section can be automatic Internet-based way of preparation.The original over-current protection system is that limit the current inverse time by using a few separate DC power operations of electromagnetic induction to protect the relays.With some kinds of new equipment putting into operation,sensitivity and quick action of this method has gradually can not meet the needs of security and stability.So we used a new type of PMF700L-B power distribution line protection relay Monitor to replace the original system.The transforming equipment is very safe and stable and obtains a good result.
