粒子风选器的冷态实验研究

摘要 粒子清灰器对于清理锅炉尾部受热面上的弱粘性积灰往往比传统的吹扫式清灰器更有效。用河砂做清灰粒子对受热面的损伤程度很低。采用粒子清灰器时,要在尾部烟道的底部配合采用粒子分选器以回收粒子。根据河砂和积灰的粒径相差很大的特点,设计了流态化粒子分选实验台,研究河砂和细灰二元混合物的分选条件,获得了分离风速、二元混合物固气比、细灰比、河砂粒径等参数对河砂和细灰二元混合物分离效率的影响规律。分离效率随分离风速增大而提高,随二元混合物固气比增大而降低,随细灰比增大而降低。根据实验结果,提出高效分离的操作条件,为工程设计提供依据。 A particle type of ash hander is more usefull for removing weakly sticky ash in the back pass of a boiler than a common soot blower.Sands can be used to clean the tubes without erosion.A particle classifier shall be adopted under the back pass to recover sands for circulating utility.A cold fluidization rig was made for experiments on the separation of binary particles of sands and fly ash.Main influence parameters of separating air velocity,binary particles colid-gas ratio,fly ash ratio and particle size on the separation efficiency and sand escaping ratio are analyzed.The separation efficiency increases with the increasing of the separating air velocity,decreases with the increasing of the binary particles solid-gas ratio and the fly ash concentration.Based on the experimental study,a boundary of operating parameters of high efficiency separation is obtained for the engineering design.
