摘要 塔式锅炉具有考虑周全的减温器调温系统,很强的自疏水能力。炉顶的碟簧布置均布载荷,补偿了风载、地震载荷引起的锅炉钢架变形。本文主要介绍了百万机组塔式炉减温系统、疏水放气系统及支吊系统特点,增加国内用户对塔式锅炉的认识,为今后同类项目设计提供参考。 Tower type boiler has a well thoughtful steam temperature regulation system,and also has a strong ability of self-draining water.On account of the installation of disk springs between tie rod and boiler supporting grid the alternating loads are distributed almost evenly among all tie rods.The disk springs compensated deformation of the boiler steel structure resulting from wind or earthquake.In this paper,the design characteristics of the spray cooler,water-draining gas-venting systems,suspension system for 1000MW tower type boiler were introduced.It is helpful to increase understanding of tower type boiler for domestic customers,and provide some useful references for similar boiler pressure part projects.
