摘要
采用显微组织分析、常温力学性能及高温持久强度试验等方法对运行时间1.3×105h的T91钢受热面管进行了综合试验分析,采用等温线外推法计算出了剩余寿命,上述工作为该批管段今后的安全运行提供了技术保证。通过对长时运行后的T91受热面管运行状况进行全面分析和预测,将对T91钢长时运行后寿命管理起到重要的参考作用。
T91 steel heat transfer tubes of fossil-fired power unit after 130 thousands hours operating at high temperature was researched by means of microstructrue analysis、normal mechanical property analysis and high temperature creep rupture test in this paper.Remaining life was calculated by mean of extuapolation methods based on isothermal curve analysis.This has provided technical assurance for T91 steel and will play important roles on life management of T91 steel after long-time operating at high temperature.
