利用TG-FTIR研究O_2/CO_2气氛下焦炭氮的转化

摘要 在热重分析仪(TGA)上进行了O2/CO2及O2/Ar气氛下煤焦的燃烧实验,同时利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对燃烧产物进行实时检测。结果表明,在焦炭颗粒的燃烧过程中焦炭氮会转化为HCN、HNCO、N2O等。与O2/Ar气氛下的燃烧相比,O2/CO2气氛煤焦燃烧焦炭氮的转化时间延长,含氮产物的分布比例也存在差异。随着燃烧温度的升高,焦炭氮的转化时间缩短,N2O在含氮产物中的比例减少。 The conversion of char nitrogen in O2/CO2 and O2/Ar mixtures was studied by thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) together with Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy.The results show that char-N can be released as HCN,HNCO,N2O.Comparing the conversion behaviors in O2/Ar,the time scale of char-nitrogen conversion in O2/CO2 is longer and the distribution of N-containing gases is different.As the combustion temperature increases,the time scale of char-nitrogen conversion become shorter and the fraction of N2O become lower.
