摘要
通过加盐破乳从含氟乳液聚合物中提取水解的游离甲醛,以DNPH为衍生试剂,反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定其中甲醛含量,找出最优的衍生化条件,该方法对聚丙烯酸(酯)等含氟乳液聚合物中游离甲醛含量测试具有较好的适用性,在8~200 mg.kg-1的浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数为0.99976,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.20%,方法检出限(3 S/N)为1.0 mg/kg,回收率在80%~106%之间。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic(RP-HPLC) method for determination of formaldehyde in fluorine-containing emulsion polymers was developed by various of the demulsification technique and pre-column derivatization.The detection limit was 3×10-3μg/mL in extracting liquid,and recovery was 80.0%~106%.The method shows good linear relationship in the concentration of 8~200 mg·kg-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.99976,as well as the strong speciality and good repetition.This method is available to determine the formaldehyde in Fluorine-containing emulsion polymers with satisfactory results.
