摘要
乳化沥青冷再生混合料的生产过程中需要加入较多水分拌和,经过摊铺和碾压,并在自然条件下养生水分散失后,空隙率较大,路用强度不能达到热拌沥青混合料的标准,一般只应用在路面结构的基层或下面层,再面层加铺热拌沥青混合料。由于热拌沥青混合料铺筑温度高达150~170℃,摊铺与碾压过程中,对乳化沥青再生下面层加热并产生二次压实,势必对其产生影响。通过对乳化沥青再生下面层在热拌混合料铺筑前后性能指标的研究分析,提出在进行乳化沥青冷再生混合料室内设计时,需考虑到二次压实影响,改进室内设计方法。
Cold recycled mixture of asphalt needs to join much water to mix,after the process of spreading and compacting,and water disappearing in natural condition,the percentage of voids set up,the road cannot achieve the standard of the hot asphalt mixture,generally only applies as base or under surface layer, and it's necessary to cover the hot mix asphalt mixture of a certain thickness.Because the temperature of the hot asphalt mixture can reach 150~170℃,during spreading and compacting process,the cold recycled layer will be heated and compacted,will have the influence to it.This article through analyzing the performance of under surface layer around covering the hot mix asphalt mixture,proposed considering "the secondary compaction" process when we design the cold recycled mixture,and made some change to the existing cold recycled mixture design method.
