The Characteristics of International Cooperation Ability

在国际合作力概念与内涵已经得到界定的基础上,通过对国际合作力八个特性的阐述,研究并延伸了国际合作力的外延。八个特性即:主动性和主导性,广泛性和多样性,稳定性和持续性,深刻性和实质性,有效性和贡献性,影响性和辐射性,包容性和超越性,创新性和突破性。

Because the concept and connotation of international cooperation ability had already been defined, this article gives a definite elaboration of its characteristics. The eight characteristics are as follows: initiative and dominant position, universality and diversity, stability and continuity, depth and substance, efficacy and contribution, importance and radiating power, capaciousness and transcendence, innovation and breakthrough. These characteristics use two complimentary concepts to express. One concept demarcates the basic content of every characteristic, another supplies and deepens the before concept, and in the end it gives an overall epitome and conclusion to the characteristics of international cooperation ability. All of these will provide theory supports for building evaluation system of international cooperation ability.
