摘要
本文从历史和逻辑相统一的角度,梳理了社会管理作为一种概念是如何被定义的,主要包括社会管理的主体、功能、价值取向等,以及社会管理作为一种历史的存在是在西方和中国的实践过程中不断发展的,最后指出了社会管理在中国发展的可能路径及需要注意的两个问题。
This article summarizes the definition of social management, including its subject, function and value orientation. Then it analyzes the practice course of social management at home and abroad. Finally, the author brings up how to better practice a social management under the condition of China's special society and economy. From sociology points of view, we should take two measures to improve social management. Firstly, the government should lead and standardize the development of social organization, and cultivate new citizen. Secondly, we should utilize organization resources we have and rebuilt the relationship between government and society.
