摘要
本文介绍一种基于光斑场检测的光纤传感技术,通过光斑场的强度内积(NIP)计算来表征被测位移.它既保证了强度调制式光纤传感器结构简单、易于实现的优点,又具有与干涉型光纤传感器同一数量级的灵敏度.文中给出了 NIP计算方法,分析了灵敏度和动态范围,理论分析与实验结果基本一致,位移灵敏度可达亚微米数量级,位移测量范围为6 μm.
The fiber-sensing technology based on speckle fields is presented,and the measurement and displacement is expressed by the intensity inner-product of speckle fields(NIP). It ensures the advantages of simplicity and easy to achieve, but this sensitivity is in the order of the interferometric and intensity modulated fiber sensor. In this paper, the calculating method of NIP is presented, the sensitivity and the dynamic range are analyzed, the results of the theoretical analyses are consistent with the experimental performances, the sensitivity of the displacement is in the order of submicrometer, and the range of the measurement is 6 um.
