加用中药外洗治疗糖尿病足108例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON 108 CASES OF DIABETIC FOOT TREATED WITH TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE LOTION

目的观察中药外洗治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法对照组90例采用综合治疗,治疗组108例在对照组基础上加用中药外洗治疗,对比观察2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.4%,对照组为82.2%;治疗组显效率为82.4%,对照组为56.6%。2组总有效率及显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论中药外洗配合西药治疗糖尿病足有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine lotion on diabetic foot. Methods Ninety cases of diabetic foot in control group were given comprehensive treatment,while 108 cases in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine lotion on the base of comprehensive therapy. The clinical effect was observed and compared between treatment group. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.4% and in the control group was 82.2%. The markedly effective rate in the treatment group was 82.4% and in the control group was 56.6%. The total effective rate and markedly effective rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with western medicine has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of diabetic foot.
