不同组别脑胶质瘤CD133/PCNA和Nestin/PCNA双染共表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脑胶质瘤组织中CD133阳性细胞及Nestin阳性细胞增殖指数的共表达情况及其临床意义。方法免疫组织化学双染色方法检测CD133/增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)及Nestin/PCNA在不同级别脑胶质瘤中共表达情况,并对它们之间的关系进行分析。结果 CD133/PCNA和Nestin/PCNA在脑胶质瘤中,高级别组(Ⅲ,Ⅳ级)表达高于低级别组(Ⅰ,Ⅱ级),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD133/PCNA和Nestin/PCNA在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况随着肿瘤恶性程度的增高而增强,病理级别越高,表达越强。 Objective To explore the colocalization of CD133, nestin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in human brain glioma. Methods Immunohistochemical double staining method was used for determining CD133 and PCNA, Nestin and PCNA co - expression in human brain gliomas respectively. Results The expression of CD133/PCNA and Nestin/PCNA in advanced group were higher than low - grade one. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). CD133 was positively correlated with PCNA. Conclusion The expression of CD133/PCNA and Nestin/Nestin/PCNA increase with the malignancy degree of glioma. The higher the pathological grade, the stronger the expression.
