疝环充填与PHS术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF HERNIA RING FILLING AND PHS SURGERY IN THE TREATMENT OF INGUINAL HERNIA

目的分析比较疝环充填与prolene henria system(PHS)术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果,评价2种术式疗效的优缺点。方法将腹股沟疝患者206例随机分为网塞组98例与PHS组108例,比较2种术式的疗效及术后并发症先生情况。结果 2组患者均治愈,无手术死亡,PHS组在切口血肿、术后尿潴留、术后疼痛及术后复发率均低于网塞组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2种术式具有机体创伤性小、术后复发率低的优点,相比PHS补片疝修补术术后疼痛与并发症、复发率更低。

Objective To compare the hernia ring filling with prolene henria system （PHS） in the treatment of inguinal hernia, to evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of the two procedures. Methods A total of 206 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the mesh - plug group of 98 cases and PHS group of 108 cases. The clinical date were summarized and analyzed. Results Both groups were cured, and no operative death. The wound hematoma, postoperative urinary retention, postoperative pain, and recurrence rate in PHS group were lower than those in mesh - pluy group. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The two surgical procedures including hernra ring filling and PHS patch hernia repair have many advantages such as less injury and low recurrence rate, and the PHS patch hernia repair is better in postoperative pain, complications rate and recurrence rate .
