摘要
设计并研制了一种机器人用高分辨率柔性阵列触觉传感器. 传感器由各向异性压阻材料CSA作敏感材料,触觉扫描采样电路为一种新型的行扫描电路,提高了传感器频响. 并对触觉图像的处理作了简单的论述,最后给出了传感器性能测试结果和结论.
In this paper, a high resolution and flexible piezoresistive robot tactile sensor array is developed. The sensor is made of a sheet of anisotropic piezoresistive material CSA and stripe electrodes. Data acquisition circuit for tactile array is a new method scanned by a row, not by a taxel as previous. This method raises the speed of data acquisition. Tactile image processing is also breefly discussed in the paper. The final section gives measured characteristics of the sensor and conclusion.
