Study On Optic Fiber Displacement Sensor with Intensity Compensation

本文介绍了一种强度补偿型光纤位移传感器。该传感器系统采用了参数通道补偿机理,利用两路光纤接收光强比值的措施来实现光强补偿。理论分析和实验结果表明,该传感系统能自动地补偿由于光源发光功率波动、反射体表面性质及光纤传输损耗等变化对测量精度和稳定性的影响。

An optic fiber displacement sensor with intensity compensation is introduced in this paper. The sensing system takes compensatory structure of reference channel, uses the ratio of output signals of two receiving fibers to complete intensity compensation. Theoretic analysis and experimental results indicate that the sensing system could automatically compensate the influence of unstable factors that included light intensity fluctuation, surface property of reflective object and change in optic fiber transmission loss on the measuring accuracy and steady.
