2μm激光与经尿道汽化电切治疗前列腺增生疗效比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral electroresection of the prostate,TURP)与2μm激光汽化切割治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的近期临床疗效、安全性。方法将60例确诊为BPH患者随机分为2组,每组各30例,分别采用2μm激光汽化切割与TURP治疗,比较术前术后临床的各项指标及2种手术方法的效果。结果 2组患者手术时间、手术前后血红蛋白变化程度、术前术后血钠浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6个月随访,2组国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、膀胱残留尿均较术前明显下降,最大尿流率均较术前明显增加,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TURP组并发症发生率33.3%,2μm激光汽化切割治疗BPH组术后并发症发生率13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2μm激光汽化切割治疗BPH与TURP比较,近期疗效相似,但2μm激光汽化切割治疗BPH安全性更高,并发症少。
