中压气机是抽水蓄能电站机组抽水调相(SCP)启动过程中使用的重要辅机设备,也是机组调速器及球阀系统用气的保障,它的安全稳定运行直接关系到电站机组启动成功率和安全稳定运行。文中主要分析了抽水蓄能电站中压气机进线开关故障及处理,在中压气机开关接触器Y和△控制回路中增加△和Y控制继电器辅助接点,确保动作可靠性。

The compressor is important auxiliary equipment in the phase modulation starting process of pumped storage power unit and also essential for the governor and ball valve system.So its safe and stable operation directly relates to the safety and stability of pumped storage power unit.In the paper,the failure analysis and solutions of incoming breaker in compressor are given.The△ and Y control relay auxiliary contacts are increased in the △ and Y control circuit of compressor breaker to ensure the operation reliability.
