摘要
对焦虑理论进行了梳理,使用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)对兰州部分高校图书馆员焦虑状况进行问卷调查及测评结果的统计分析后,发现馆员与读者间的关系是引起高校图书馆员焦虑的主要因素。最后提出了高校图书馆员焦虑的调适对策。
