摘要
结合工作实际,分析了网络时代审稿工作的特点,提出了建立审稿专家队伍的方法和思路,指出了维护和及时更新审稿专家库的重要性和必要性。
The characteristics of manuscripts review in the network time were analyzed. Methods and ideas for establishing expert reviewer team were put forward. The importance and necessity to maintain and update expertreviewer database were pointed out.
