摘要
目的了解护理人员糖尿病知识的掌握情况,为更好地制订培训措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选择1017名护理人员,采用一般资料调查表和护理人员糖尿病相关知识掌握情况调查表,调查其糖尿病知识掌握情况。结果护理人员糖尿病知识总得分为(116.4±26.2)分,总的答题正确率为61.2%。内分泌科护理人员糖尿病相关知识掌握较好,得分为(129.4±22.4)分;其次是内科(非内分泌科)得分为(127.0±26.4)分和妇产科得分为(120.1±25.3)分;最低的是儿科和外科,得分分别为(107.4±22.4)分和(108.4±24.3)分。不同科室护理人员糖尿病相关知识掌握情况比较,F=17.8,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论广泛开展糖尿病知识培训,开展结合专科疾病特点的专题学习和编写符合糖尿病护理特色的教材,对提高护理人员糖尿病疾病知识水平具有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the mastery of nurses about diabetes knowledge so as to regulate training plans on the knowledge.Method 1 017 nurses involved in the investigation on their mastery of diabetes knowledge using general data questionnaire and diabetes knowledge mastery questionnaire.Results The total scores for all the nurses were(116.4 ± 26.2),with a correction rate of 61.2%. The nurses from the endocrenological department were better for their scores of (129.4 ± 22.4), followed by those from the department of internal medicine for their scores of (127.0 ± 26.4) and by those from the department of genecology and obstetrics for their scores of (108.4 ± 24.3). Those from the department of pediatrics and surgery were at the lowest level at the scores of (107.4 ± 22.4) and (108.4 ± 24.3), respectively. The comparisons between different departments showed F = 17.8, P 0.01, with significant differences. Conclusion The diabetes knowledge training and lectures may be of importance for increasing their knowledge of diabetes.
