留置导尿管对尿道口pH值的影响

Influence of indwelling catheter on pH of urethra orifice

目的探讨患者留置导尿管对尿道口pH值的影响。方法采用哈纳HI98110型皮肤酸度测定仪测定19例(男9例,女10例)留置尿管患者(设为实验组)和15例(男8例,女7例)非留置尿管患者(设为对照组)尿道口、阴蒂部或阴茎根部pH值。结果留置尿管后男女患者尿道口pH值均升高,与非留置尿管患者比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论留置导尿管可引起患者尿道pH值升高的改变。

Objective To investigate the influence of indwelling catheter on pH values of urethra orifice. Methods A cohort of patients hospitalized in our hospital were classified into the indwelling catheter group （9 male and 10 female） and the control group （ 8 male and 7 female）. The pH values of urethra orifice, the clitoris or the skin of penile root of both groups were detected with Hanna 98110 pH meter. Result The pH values of urethra orifice of indwelling catheter group elevated significantly and the differences were statistically significant compared with control group （all P 0.05）. Conclusion The indwelling catheter may lead to the significant increase of urethra orifice pH values.
