县级供电局安全生产MIS实用化评价研究

Research on Practicality Evaluation for Production Safety MIS in the CountyLevel Power Supply Bureau

针对广东电网公司50个县级供电局安全生产管理信息系统实用化水平现状进行评价,为客观反映各县级安全生产管理信息系统实用化水平,从应用上分专业、分模块进行评价指标选取和标准分分配,形成以系统覆盖率、数据质量、流程固化度3项一级指标,系统注册率、系统使用率等18项二级指标的县级供电局安全生产管理信息系统实用化评价细则。

To objectively show the true practicality level of production safety management information system for the fifty country-level power supply bureaus in Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, this paper firstly designs practicality evaluation index system, which consists of three first grade indicators, such as system coverage, data quality and degree of cure for business process, and eighteen second grade indicators, such as registration rate and usage rate and so on. Based on the above index system, a practicality evaluation method is proposed, which can help us to choose suitable evaluation index and assign their weights according to specialties or function modules.
