舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺在中期引产术中镇痛效果的临床分析

The clinical analysis of effect of combined medication of sufentanil and butorphanol in medium induction of labor

目的探讨舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺在中期引产术中镇痛的安全性及临床效果。方法 440例行中期引产手术的患者随机分成两组,舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺作为观察组(A组,n=220)和未给镇痛药作为对照组(B组,n=220),观察循环和呼吸的变化、镇痛效果及引产时间、产后出血情况。结果引产前后,A组血压脉搏无明显变化,P>0.05;而B组血压升高,脉搏加快,P<0.01。两组血氧饱和度无明显变化,P>0.05;A组疼痛强度较B组明显降低。引产时间缩短、产后出血量减少,P<0.01。结论舒芬太尼复合布托啡诺用于中期引产手术安全有效,可完全解除术中痛苦,不良反应少。

【Objective】 To investigate the scurity and clinical effect of combined medication of sufentanil and cutorphanol in medium induction of labor.【Methods】 440 patients who required medium induction of labor were divided into 2 groups randomly,patients in group A（n=220） accepted combined medication of sufentanil and butorphanol as analgesic,while patients in group B（n=220） accepted none analgesic.Then we observed the alteration of circulation and respiration,the effect of analgesia,duration of induction and the bleeding situation after induction between these two groups.【Results】 As blood pressure and pulse of patients in group A did not change significantly before and after induction（P0.05）,blood pressure and pulse of patients in group B increased significantly（P0.01）.Oxygen saturation was not altered in either group（P0.05）.Compared with patients in group B,pain intensity was lower,duration of induction was shorter,and bleeding after induction was reduced of patients in group A（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 Combined medication of sufentanil and butorphanol in medium induction was secure and effective,pain induced of induction could be relieved completely,and the adverse reactions were mild.
