摘要
目的观察酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎急性发作期的疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为2组。对照组在常规治疗的基础上使用孟鲁司特治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用酮替芬治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组的肺功能的改善明显优于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组。结论酮替芬联合孟鲁司特对慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的疗效显著,安全可靠,值得推广。
【Objective】 To observe the therapeutic effect of ketotifen combined with montelukast on chronic asthmatic bronchitis.【Methods】 62 cases of patients were divided into two groups randomly.In control group,patients were treated by montelukast and followed by conventional therapy.In therapeutic group,patients were treated by ketotifen and combined with the treatment of control group.The therapeutic effects were compared.【Results】 The pulmonary function was improved and the total effective rate of therapeutic group was higher than control group（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 The therapeutic effect of ketotifen combined with montelukast on chronic asthmatic bronchitis is significant and safe,is worth for generalization.
