摘要
目的比较盐酸丁卡因溶液三种含量测定方法。方法应用紫外分光光度法、亚硝酸钠法、酸碱直接滴定法分别测定盐酸丁卡因溶液中盐酸丁卡因含量。结果酸碱直接滴定法测得的结果比亚硝酸钠法、紫外分光光度法测得的结果偏高,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸丁卡因溶液三种含量测定方法所测得的结果无显著性差异,均可用于盐酸丁卡因溶液质量控制。
【Objective】 To compare three methods of determination of tetracaine hydrochloride solution.【Methods】 UV spectrum,sodium nitrite and acid-base titration methods were used for determination of tetracaine hydrochloride.【Results】 The content determined by acid-base titration was higher than those by UV spectrum and sodium nitrite,but they didn＇t have statistical significance（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 The results determined by the three methods don＇t have significant difference for tetracaine hydrochloride solution.All of them can be used for control of quality of tetracaine hydrochloride solution.
