金葡液治疗兔早期股骨头缺血性坏死的研究 被引量:6

Observation of the Repairing Effect of Jinpuye on Steroid-induced Early Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head (ANFH) in Rabbits

摘要 目的通过建立动物模型,观察金葡液治疗兔早期股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法成功造模后,随机选取40只兔分为四组:A组,模型组;B组,单纯髓芯减压组;C组,髓芯减压+金葡液组;D组,髓芯减压+明胶海绵吸附金葡液组。于接受相应治疗后的第6周和12周每组随机各取5只实验动物处死,做髋关节X线检查、大体观察、组织学观察和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)免疫组织化学检测。结果治疗6周和12周后,空骨陷窝阳性率和VEGF阳性表达各组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金葡液能有效促进兔早期激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的修复,用明胶海绵作为载体吸附金葡液后植入减压孔道,能够加快股骨头坏死的修复。 【Objective】 To establish animal model,and observe the repairing effect of Jinpuye on steroid-induced early avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) in rabbits.【Methods】 The ANFH models were successful established in rabbits.Forty models were randomLy selected,and divided into four groups:Group A,untreated control;B,decompression only;C,decompression+Jinpuye;D,decompression+ gelatin sponge infiltrated by Jinpuye.Each group received appropriate treatment,five rabbits were sacrificed at the 6th,and 12th weeks for X-ray,general and histological observation;vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry method.【Results】 At the 6th and 12th weeks,the differences of the positive rate of empty lacunae and the expression of VEGF between each group were significant(P0.05).【Conclusion】 Jinpuye can effectively repair the early ANFH in rabbits;Jinpuye infiltrated gelatin sponge,then filled into the hole of the core decompression,can accelerate the repair of the ANFH.
