摘要
激光相位多普勒(PDA)能够同时测量粒子的速度、大小和光散射特性。本文以PDA技术为基础,研究了污水中细菌的尺寸分布和光散射特性。
Moving velocity,size and light scattering property of particle can be simultaneously measured by laser phase Doppler anemometry.On the basis of laser phase Doppler anemometry technology,the size distribution of bacteria in polluted water and its light scattering property are investigated.The sorting and detection of the bacterial community in the polluted water sample is carried out by means of fuzzy mode recognition technique.
