摘要
目的:探讨应用输尿管镜治疗泌尿系疾病的有效性和广泛性。方法:根据输尿管镜入路方式不同分为:经尿道组187例,经皮肾组24例。结果:经尿道组应用输尿管镜治疗输尿管疾病及明确诊断共28例。在输尿管镜下碎石治疗结石183例中治愈175例、其中微创经皮肾输尿管镜碎石术24例;应用输尿管镜治疗输泌尿系结石总取净率为95.62%。结论:输尿管镜可进一步明确泌尿系疾病诊断,具有安全、微创、并发症少、成功率高,并能减少患者手术费用等优点。
Objective：To evaluate the ureteroscopic treatment of urinary tract diseases, the effectiveness and scope. Methods： According to the ureteroscope into the channels divided into ： Transurethral ureteroscopy group 187 cases, minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy cases of ureteroscopic lithotripsy group 24. Results： Ttransurethral ureteroscopy group of diseases and application of ureteroscopic treatment of ureteral diagnosed a total of 58 cases. Ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of 183 patients with stones in 175 cases were cured; minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy PCNL 24 cases ; application of ureteroseopy treatment urinary calculi lose a net total rate of 95.62% obtained. Conclusion： Ureteroscopy can be further clarified the diagnosis of urinary tract disease, is safe, minimally invasire, less complications and a high success rate ,and can reduce the cost advantages of surgical patients.
