摘要
目的:探讨Ⅰ期治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法:采取局部麻醉做根治手术。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组治愈率为98.2%(106/108明显优于对照组的84.0%(42/50)(X2=11.54,P<0.05)。结论:Ⅰ期根治术治疗肛周脓肿临床效果显著。
Objective：To investigate the treatment of a treatment effect of perianal abscess. Methods： The radical operation done under local anesthesia. Comparing the resuits of clinical efficacy in the treatment group the cure rate was 98.2% （106/108 better than the control group,84.0% （42/ 50） （ x^2 = 11.54, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： a radical treatment of perianal abscess significant clinical effect, it is worth promoting.
