凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌在血培养中的临床价值分析

目的:探讨血培养中出现的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的临床价值。方法:2008～2010年收治患者血培养中分离到的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌病例共35例,对其进行回顾性分析。结果:污染菌的检测时间明显长于病原菌的检测时间(P<0.01)。结论:凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌菌血症样本的污染率较高,应当参考临床资料和实验室结果综合判定是否为致病菌,避免不必要地使用抗菌药物,尤其是万古霉素。
