摘要
目的提高护理人员的人文素质。方法通过举办护理人员读书报告会、定制教材《护士人文修养》及观看录像等方式培训我院护理人员。结果绝大部分人对读书报告会的举办持同意的观点，患者满意度由93．1％提升至97．2％。结论提升人文素养有利于提高护理服务品质，有利于提高患者满意度。
Objective To improve the humanistic quality of nursing staff. Methods Hospital nurses were trained by holding book reports, customizing textbook and watching video. Results Most of people agreed with holding book report, patient satisfaction increased from 93. 1% to 97.2%. Conclusions Humanistic quality training can improve the quality of nursing services and patients＇satisfaction.
