自身免疫性肝炎患者Th17相关细胞因子的检测及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察血清Thl7相关细胞因子白细胞介素（IL）-17、IL-22、IL-23和IL-27在自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）发病中的意义。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）法检测30例AIH患者（AIH组）及20例健康体检者（对照组）血清IL-17、IL．22、IL-23和IL-27水平，并进行比较。结果AIH组患者血清IL-17、IL-23和IL．27水平分别为（95．5±32．4）、（18．9±13．2）、（32．8±23．1）ng／L，明显高于对照组的（32．7±30．5）、（6．8±5．6）、（14．5±10．9）ng／L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；AIH组患者血清IL-22水平为（87．3±76．4）ng／L，显著低于对照组的（278．2±201．4）ng／L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论AIH患者Th17相关细胞因子反应异常，提示它们在AIH的免疫致病机制中可能起重要作用。
