试论当前大学生职业发展与就业指导工作中存在的问题与对策

本文分析了国内大学生职业发展与就业指导工作的现状，阐述了我国大学生职业发展与就业指导工作中存在的主要问题，包括大学生自身存在的自我认知不足、职业定位不准确等问题，以及高校现有的大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教师、所用教材、教学时数、教学条件等方面存在的问题，并分析了原因。同时，提出了大学生职业发展与就业指导工作的对策，包括建立全员化、全程化就业指导，优化大学生职业发展与就业指导课程体系，与大学生心理健康教育等工作结合，搭建网络服务平台四个方面，以提高大学生职业发展与就业指导工作的科学性和实效性。

Through the analysis of current situation of undergraduates＇ professional development and occupational planning in our country, the main problems were expatiated in this paper, such as, low self-perception, inaccurate professional orientation etc. In the article, we also discussed the problems in teaching resource, teaching material, teaching hours, teaching condition and analyzed the causes. Meanwhile, in the paper, the countermeasures were pointed out that how to enhance the work of professional development and occupational planning of undergraduate, which is including the establishment of full and thoroughly employment guidance, optimizing the course system, and combination which mental health work, building network service system, etc, in order to improve the undergraduates＇ professional development and occupational planning work to be more scientifically and effectively.
