摘要 本文在分析国内外医学生职业行为评价研究的基础上,采用文献检索法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法,通过界定医学生职业行为内容、确立评价目标、选择评价指标、制定指标评定标准,建立了一套长学制医学生职业行为评估指标体系,并分析了指标体系的可行性和评价的效度、信度;同时,对长学制医学生职业行为评价的特点进行了讨论. At the base of analyzing the studies of professional behavior assessment at home and abroad, an item system of professional behavior assessment for medical students majoring on long-year program was established by defining the content of professional behavior, setting the assessing goal, selecting assessing items, establishing criterion of the assessing items. The methods used in research include the literature retrieval, experts' consultation, and students' investigation. It analyses the feasibility, validity and reliability. Meanwhile, it discusses on the importance of professional behavior assessment and the characteristics of itself.
