企业改制更需加强管理

文章认为，制度创新与管理机制建设同步进行非常重要。文章结合安徽地矿公司建设实例阐述了地勘单位改制与加强管理的关系。经验表明，企业改制对管理工作提出了更高的要求，加强管理能够推进改制进程，巩固改制成果。

The paper considers that it is very important to carry on innovation of system and perfection of management. The paper expounds the relation between reform of geological prospecting units and enhancement of management. It is proved that reform have high demand for management, and that strengthening management can improve the process of reform and consolidate the achievement.
