摘要
用反相微乳法成功地合成了蛋白银超微细粒子,并首次研究了蛋白银超微细粒子分散于绝缘油中所形成的电流变液的结构、稳定性、静态屈服应力和漏电流,讨论了影响这些参数的因素.指出蛋白银电流变液在较低的电场下,具有较大的静态屈服应力,其漏电流密度(J)小,且J∝aEb.
The synthesis ofprotein-silver ultrafine particles by inverted m icroem ulsion m ethod and the preparation ofERfluid ofthese particlesdispersing in insulating oilare reported. Severalparam etersofthe ERfluid arestudied including the structure, stabili- ty, static yield stress(τs) and the leakage currentdensity (J). Factorsw hich affectthe above param eters are discussed. The ER fluid ofprotein-silver show s high yield stress and low leakage currenteven in w eak electric field(E), and J∝aEb.
