摘要 针对中山供电局10kV框架式并联电容器组频繁出现故障的现象和特点,研制了基于嵌入式处理器TMS320LF2407、1-wire单总线技术以及以太网通信技术,适用于10kV框架式并联电容器组的电容器故障在线监测、诊断、预警系统。该系统对提高电力电容器可靠性及防止发生电容器故障等方面具有重要的实用推广意义。目前,该装置已应用于中山局金里站,运行良好。 A set of capacitor fault-line monitoring system based on the capacitance value and capacitor temperature of on-line monitoring method was designed.At present the monitoring device which has been applied in Jinli station and run well can diagnose the capacitors of failure,and provide early warning,and remind the department in advance of the replacement the capacitor failure to prevent incidents,to avoid the accident loss.At the same time,on-line diagnosis of 10 kV power capacitors of the operating environment temperature anomalies,and early warning,to remind departments to improve their run capacitor operating ambient temperature,to extend the service life of capacitors.The device has important practical significance in improving reliability and preventing the occurrence of serious capacitor failures.
