摘要
消防、喷淋水泵是消防给水系统中的关键部分,故给排水专业规范强制要求设置一用一备两台泵。当一台泵发生故障时,另一台泵自动切换供水。作为电气专业,如何判断主用泵故障是切换至另一台泵的关键,但目前的二次线路中判断这一指标的仅靠热继电器来判断泵的故障是有失偏颇的。通过分析各种泵的故障及判断标准,以期抛砖引玉,引起大家对消防泵安全切换的重视。
The critical parts of the fire-water system are the fire pump and sprinkle pump.So in the codes of the plumping system,it is asked for the double pumps.One for normal use,another for emergency use.When the normal pump is failed,the emergency pump must be operated automatically.In the distribution system,the judging for whether the normal pump is failed is the critical thing.But now it is not right absolutely that in the secondary circuits the judging for whether the normal pump failed is only according to the working situation of the relay.In this essay,it is discussed for the analysis of the pumps accidents and the standard judging of the pump failing.It is to be respected for the switching safely of the fire pumps.
