由数学分析中曲线积分与路径无关的条件得出选择电位参考点的限制条件，对具体应用作了细致讨论。
Restricted conditions of choosing the reference point for potential are deduced from the judgement in mathematical andlysis that curvilinear integral has nothing to do with the path. And their applications are explained in detail.
