摘要
提出一种能充分利用线性电势扫描伏安数据,并能对电活性质粒弱吸附进行定性判定的方法.对酪氨酸在玻碳电极上的吸附现象进行了研究.结果表明,酪氨酸在玻碳电极上发生了弱吸附,与文献中的方法比较,具有信息利用速率和处理效率高。
A new m ethod was proposed w hich can judge whether the electrode reaction is involving weak adsorption of electroactive species. By this m ethod, the electroxidation of tyrosine on the GC electrode was studied.The result showed that adsorption oftyrosine w as very w eak.This m ethod carefully utilize and process allthe CV data efficiently,has high num ericalstability.
