摘要
目的:探讨社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者抑郁和焦虑状况及糖代谢的辅助治疗效果。方法:选择社区内的2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组患者接受系统的社区糖尿病健康教育3个月,对照组患者不接受任何教育。运用抑郁、焦虑自评量表对患者进行评分,观察受教育前后患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪变化及糖代谢情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者的SDS、SAS评分均高于常模(P<0.05),但两组的评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组在基础治疗后抑郁、焦虑评分有所下降,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者教育后抑郁、焦虑评分比教育前显著下降(P<0.05)。教育后,两组患者的空腹血糖值、糖化血红蛋白含量均较教育前下降(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可以有效改善2型糖尿病患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,改善患者的血糖代谢,适合在社区糖尿病防治工作中应用推广。
Objective To study the current situation of psychological status in type 2 diabetes patients in community.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected in communities and divide them randomly into observation group and control group.All the subjects were assessed by the self--rating depression scale(SDS), the self--rating anxiety scale(SAS) and the situation of glucose metabolism before and after 3 months treatments.Results Significant difference have been found between the two groups.Mter the treatments,the depres- sion and anxiety have be significantly reduced in observation group, but not in control group.The glucose metabolism significantly reduced in two groups.when compared with control group, the observation group reduced more.Blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin content is low- er than the former Education. Conclusions Health education can improve the depression and anxiety symptoms and glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetes patients, and should be generalize in community.
